The Freddie Archery thumb ring is made from genuine ox horn and is designed for traditional horse bow shooters. Thumb ring may come in polished black horn or natural horn colour. 

Specifications

  • Position is just past the knuckle of your thumb
  • Protects your thumb pad
  • String fits where the ring and the thumb meet
  • The arrow should sit just above the thumb and the ring when the index finger is wrapped around the thumb. The index finger should be pushing the arrow towards the bow so the arrow does not fall off

If unsure about the size, we recommend buying a size smaller. The thumb ring can be sanded down to custom fit your thumb.

A ring you can work with

A beefy ring that as is holds the string low on the thumb requiring a deep hook hold. But if you have a dremel it has enough material to make it what you want and experiment.
