Solved all bruising problems and extremely comfortable, almost as if it was not there! Only (extremely minor) negative point: it is more difficult to slide the sling over the thumb. All in all, I would no longer practice without that glove!

A while back, my bow hand got nicked by the fletching a couple times. When I realized I was starting to flinch and hold the bow from a little too far down, I got the bow glove. Now I position my hand properly without fear :)
