Oak Ridge is renowned for its large selection of remarkable traditional bows at affordable prices. The Black Sada Horse Bow is an ambidextrous one-piece horse bow with an AMO length of 52". It is slightly longer than most traditional horse bows, and as such, has a very smooth draw, especially at higher poundages. The Black Sada comes with inlaid laminates of different coloured woods in the handle, black fiberglass bamboo core limbs, and the limb tips are made of ox-horn or Micarta.

It is my first bow, it is very light, comfortable and precise.
The Oak Ridge SADA bow was huge waist money , apparently Oak Ridge does not do quality control of their craftmanship before shipping their product , I purchased this bow a few years back for a future Birthday gift for a family member and had never took it out of it's box until this year until his Birthday and the first shoot the string came off and we realize when you pull the still the bottom limb twist every time and pops the string off, I regret not trying it before or reading the revues of this bow as there are other similar issues reported in the same time period as my purchase. Canada Archery Online said there was nothing they can do and I scrambled and purchased an other bow from a local dealer for his gift. If you want to see it I will be doing a Youtube video in the following week to expose this defect and will go more in detail about it and will also post it in all my Archery groups for all to see.
I have been so pleased with my experience with Canada archery online. I got this sada bow a year ago 35# weight and loved the way it felt and shot. Quickly the bow developed a small crack in riser area. This appeared to be a manufacturing defect. The bow then developed a more serious crack at the start of the limb looking like some of the layers were separating. Canada archery online offered to take in the defective bow and replace it with a brand new one. I was thrilled as I wanted this bow badly and chalked it up to a bad example and likely defect. I went in person to the new shop location had excellent customer service and got my replacement bow. The sada looks a bit different and they have changed the material in the riser area likely improved the flawed design. Got it home strung it up and started flinging arrows. Love this bow and fingers crossed this new one holds up! The bow would otherwise be 5 stars and the shop gets 5 stars for sure.
Leather from handle is cheap, i had to put electrical tape on the edge to preserve it. Brace height is lower then it should be. These are minor problem, considering the price. this bow is amazing and I doubt I would have better choice in that price range
Special orders receive top priority and are given prompt attention. While larger items like bows may not always be readily available, many special order items are consistently kept in stock. The general turnaround time for special orders is a minimum of 8 weeks, depending on the lead times set by the manufacturer.
Certain bows, such as custom target bows and high-quality traditional recurve bows, are exclusively made to order directly from the manufacturer.
In some instances, left-handed products like premium target equipment may experience unforeseen delays due to batch production by the manufacturer.
We strive to meet the deadlines mentioned above and make every effort to do so. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from meeting those deadlines. If such a situation arises, we will make every effort to rectify the issue. Special orders can be canceled or exchanged and are eligible for a refund after 8 weeks.
