WNS Bamboo Limbs

I am returning to serious archery after 35 years away. I am 81 years old and the adjusting to the new gear, to rebuilding my muscles and to reestablishing my form is difficult. 35 years ago, I held 48# at full draw. I assumed that if I dropped to 37#, I could manage the hold weight and still compete at 70m. I was wrong on all counts. I seriously overestimated my strength and loss of kinesthetic awareness. I had to 'start over'.

The first thing I needed was a set of limbs that were inexpensive and would allow me to rebuild my archery muscles while holding a draw weight that I could shoot. My intention was to get something that I could throw away when I had out grown it.

I talked a long time with Canada Archery and the WNS B1 limbs were inexpensive, didn't stack badly, and were light enough for me to handle.

I can't praise these limbs highly enough. They are beautifully made. They draw smoothly and shoot well. I am so pleased with them that I will keep them to use indoors at 18m. If they were damaged, I would replace them in an instant . . . they are an incredible deal at the price.

Decent limbs for the $

I wanted a secondary set of inexpensive short limbs for form work. As usual the CAO staff came thru by recommending the WNS B1's. For the money they are decent. The bamboo limbs are smooth drawing however the metal hardware is on the cheaper side but seems to be holding up.

Good Limb

I purchased these limbs to reduce my weight temporarily. The limbs have been good but I wasn't impressed with the quality of the finish and around where they fit into the riser. I realized they are entry level but my original limbs are Akusta and were the same price. The Akusta are made much better and come with sleeves. I would recommend these limbs as they are doing the job for me.

Excellent limbs

Purchased these limbs in medium length @28 lbs
for my G2K riser. Been very happy with my purchase. Limbs have good finish on them. Quick and snappy release. Will definitely purchase another pair when ready.

Superb limbs

These limbs are well worth their cost for such budget limbs. A solid build. We purchased these (66"-28lbs) with 2 Gonexhos and have had great response from our archers.

Thanks CAO for all your help in building our inventory.
