The cordovan provides feel but is also thick enough to protect the fingers fully. I can shoot as long as I want with no finger issues. This tab is very comfortable, easily adjusted for all sizes & hands. Strongly recommend the brass palm plate.
As others suggest, get the brass version. The weight feels weird at first but it really does make a difference. You want to get cordovan leather too, but CAO already smartly only stocks the cordovan version to save you from the thought of going cheaper with the super leather which only leads to a poorer experience. Everything about this tab feels great so far, and I would personally recommend following Jake Kaminski's guide on setting up the tab in a different way which takes some time and effort but well worth it to maximize comfort. Either way, this tab will serve you very well.
I got the brass with cordovan leather and yes it was expensive but I think it was well worth it. I followed a YouTube video to loop the elastic through for three fingers and really love the feel. I was having some pain in my fingers when shooting everyday and it stopped with the thicker leather. The good thing is the replacement parts are readily available and you could add another layer if needed.
I got the brass version with cordovan leather. Adjustments can be confusing but by following the instructions manual, some youtube videos and some trial and error, you can get a quality tab that fits you perfectly. On top of that, with replaceable parts and upgradable parts, you can customize it even further. Beware that the finger tab kit does not come with hex keys (SAE sizes) to secure the adjustment screws.
Special orders receive top priority and are given prompt attention. While larger items like bows may not always be readily available, many special order items are consistently kept in stock. The general turnaround time for special orders is a minimum of 8 weeks, depending on the lead times set by the manufacturer.
Certain bows, such as custom target bows and high-quality traditional recurve bows, are exclusively made to order directly from the manufacturer.
In some instances, left-handed products like premium target equipment may experience unforeseen delays due to batch production by the manufacturer.
